The community will be having a street Seal Coat applied on two different days, so half of the community will be closed-off to ALL traffic on May 6 Yellow and red on the map) and then again on May 8th (Blue and green on the map). The work will begin at 7am, and vehicles will be towed at that time if they are in a parking stall/space like around the clubhouse or along the parking spaces on North Pointe Way or along 2280N. The streets and driveways on May 6th in the yellow section will have ALL traffic blocked for 24 hrs. And on May 8th, the section in blue will have ALL traffic blocked for the 24 hrs.
Both days will be 7am to 7 am the next day.
You may park on Waterbury Dr, or on the street in the section that is NOT having the Asphalt Seal applied. Please do not block any driveway of any resident, if you do decide to park on the street. If you do not have to leave for the 24 hrs that the work is being done, you may stay in your garage or driveway. Just understand that you will not be able to go in-and-out of the Community during that 24 hrs.
IF you walk-on or drive around cones, tape , or barricades before the street work has dried, a minimum of $500 will be imposed upon you.

This is the Asphalt work to be done on May 6th. All yellow and Red areas will be blocked-off. No parking in the stalls/spaces as the parking spaces will be getting re-striped in the red areas. If you are there after 7am on Tuesday May 6th, your vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.

The 2025 Pool Season will be open for Memorial Day Weekend, starting on Friday, May 23rd.
Winter is coming, so please be aware that there will be no street parking from Nov 1 to April 30. All vehicles parked on the street will be towed at owner's expense. Additionally, there are two posted parking spaces in front of the Clubhouse. They are not for overnight parking. You will get one notice, and if you are there again in 24 hrs, you will be towed.
